SUBSCRIPTION PROCEDURE

1.

Examine the product card, press "Subscribe" button for the interested title(s).

2.

After pressing the "Subscribe" button, the specific title will be displayed on the "Subscription Form" as well as information on publishing months, issues per year, ordering quantity & annual subscription fee.

3.

You have to indicate which issue / month that you would like to start the subscription.

4.

For subscription orders coming from places outside Hong Kong, fill in the destinated country for calculating the required postal charges.

5.

To change the subscription quantity, simple change the "no. of subscription" column. To remove an item, press the delete(X) button.

6.

Once you are on the "Subscription Form" page, press "Home" to get back to the product card or proceed to "Check-out". At any stage of the ordering process, you can view the subscription you have ordered by clicking the "Shopping Basket" button.

7.

When you "Check-out", make sure the information provided are accurate & complete, including company name if any, name of the subscriber, mailing address, telephone, fax and e-mail address.

8.

Most important is to print out the "Subscription Form" and send back to us either by fax at (852) 2895 0062 or by mail . Advance payment is required for effecting the subscription immediately.

9.

After receiving payment, we will confirm your subscription and the delivery date by e-mail or fax.

PAYMENT METHOD

1.

For Credit Card payment, you have to note the followings:

  • Print out the "Subscription Form" and fill in the necessary information for card payment, including the name of the card holder, credit card number, expiry date and signature. Then, submit the information to our Subscription Department by fax.
  • Credit Card payment must present legitimate signature.

2.

By Bank Cheque  / Bank Draft

  • We accept HK$ Cheque issued by banks in Hong Kong or HK$ Bank Draft of other banks. payment must be drawn on HK$ (US$ price is for reference only).
  • Crossed Bank Cheque & Bank Draft are to be made payable to "FASHION CONSULTANT LTD.".

3.

Subscription will be accepted only upon full payment.

4.

We apologize for not accepting online orders at the moment.

5.

For your own interest, do not mail CASH to us.

6.

We issue invoice for the subscription only upon requests. You can send us the payment after receiving it.

ACCEPTED CURRENCIES

No matter which payment method you choose, either by Credit Card, Bank Cheque or Bank Draft, subscription fee is paid in HK$.

DELIVERY / MAILING OF PUBLICATION

1.

For subscription orders from Hong Kong, free delivery will be provided to each order.In case of returned parcel due to inaccurate & incomplete address, the second delivery will be charged.

  • Registered Mail will be adopted for sending to islands in Hong Kong, residential areas and outskirts of Hong Kong.
  • Courier Service will be provided to company subscribers if the office address is located in the city and along the MTR route.
  • You can also choose to pick up your subscription from our office in Causeway Bay or our showroom in Tsimshatsui. Should you decide to do so, you have to advise us by the time you submit the subscription order. When the publication is available, we will inform you about the pick-up by fax or e-mail.

For subscription orders coming from places outside Hong Kong, we will deliver the publication by Registered Airmail only in order to provide fast and reliable service.

DELIVERY TIME

1.

We will arrange immediate delivery for current issues & those which have already been published.

2.

For subscription orders coming from places outside Hong Kong, we will deliver the publication by Registered Airmail only in order to provide fast and reliable service.

3. For temporarily out-of-stock, sold-out or ceased publications, we need 7-15 working days to re-order or check the stock situation with the publishers. Should this situation occur, we will inform you by e-mail.

RETURNS

1.

It is important for you to check your subscribed book(s) immediately upon receipt.

2.

We offer return service for the following reasons: 1. We have sent you publications which are not the ones you subscribed. 2. Printing faults, packaging faults and missing pages on the publications as well as damages.

3. In case of returns, you are required to notify our Subscription Department by e-mail at subscription@fchk.com, by fax at (852) 2895 0062 or by phone at (852) 2576 1737 within 7 days after receiving the book(s). We will not accept returns after the stated period.
4. Overseas subscriber has to return the publication to our Subscription Department by Registered Airmail.
5. Once we receive the returns, we will send you the replacable copy or arrange for refund.
6. Any returns due to the above reasons, we shall pay for all postal charges (Airmail Registered) incurred, including the postal fee for re-sending.

IMPORTANT

1.

We will e-mail to confirm your subscription after receiving your payment.

2.

We provide free local deliveries while overseas deliveries are charged with postage. In both cases, we provide one-time delivery service only. We shall not be held responsible to re-send any returns due to faults other than our own.

3. We are not responsible for orders that are failed to be delivered, delayed or lost due to inaccurate or incomplete information (name, mailing address) submitted by yourself or your company.
4. Any unsuccessful delivery caused by the above stated reasons and provided that the book has been returned to us, you can choose to pick up the book in our office or our showroom. And or to pay the additional delivery / postal charges required for re-sending if you need us to do so.
5. In case you have changed your mailing address, telephone, fax, e-mail, address or any other relevant information, be sure you notify us as soon as possible by e-mail or by fax.
6. For publications that you have subscribed but temporarily out of stock, sold-out or ceased, you can use the balance to subscribe other title(s) or ask for a refund.
7. For any confirmed & paid for subscriptions, we will not accept changes in the subscribed titles, cancelling orders or requests for refund.
8. Renewal invoice will be attached and delivered to you together with the last issue of your subscription. You can continue the subscription by sending us the payment in return with the invoice number quoted.
9. Filling in the "Starting Month" is a must which will be the issue that you start receiving for the first copy of your subscription. From then on, you will receive the remaining issues accordingly.
10. We are not responsible for any changes in the publication title, publishing months,ect¡Kwhich are at the publisher's discretion.
